Focus on day-to-day operations, such as maintenance, quality control and receiving and shipping. This position also ensures that employees follow safety, quality and best production practices.

Responsible for all primary customer interface for all customers or in the assigned territory by gathering market intelligence and developing strategic goals for markets and customers.

Responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations. Duties include managing company phone and email, maintaining an organized filing system and restocking office supplies as needed.

Work primarily in the reinforcement assembly section of the precast concrete manufacturing process. Tasked with welding reinforcing assemblies, inspecting, cleaning and maintaining welding equipment and maintaining required maintenance records on equipment.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent, CDL and specific training/licensing
Operate a precast concrete delivery truck. Responsible for the supervision of the loading of the truck and ensuring the proper and safe placement of precast product.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA or CMA
Responsible for tracking expenses and revenue, paying accounts, managing pay roll and contributes to ensuring the company’s financial reports are accurate.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Responsible for communicating with customers and regulators on the road while gathering market intelligence for regions/product line and develop strategic goals for markets and customers.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Oversees all quality control operations which includes pre-pour, post-pour inspections, raw material testing, fresh and hardened concrete testing and resolving quality issues. They may perform test and inspections and present quality-related content to employees.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Focus on a specific part of the precast production process. They are supervising employees to make sure they are working efficiently and safely.
Required Education/Training: Associate’s degree in related field
In charge of preparing detailed drawings for precast concrete products based on the review of project plans and specifications.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Responsible for the coordination of precast product deliveries.
Required Education/Training: Degree in operations, engineering or management, plus experience
Oversees all plant operational function, including production, sales, engineering and administrative departments, as well as defining company goals and opportunities and managing strategic planning.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field or extensive experience
Responsible for analyzing bid documents, recording precast concrete material types and quantities, preparing accurate cost estimates based upon company standards and guidelines, writing proposal notes and qualifications that are job-specific, and submitting cost estimates to the sales team for bidding.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
In charge of the maintenance and repair of all precast concrete production and/or handling/delivery equipment.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in engineering and engineering license
Engineers oversee/perform the review of bid and/or project drawings in order to properly design related precast products for cost and production.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus experience
The safety manager oversees all aspects of plant safety, including inspecting equipment, ensuring employee safety and maintaining required safety records.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience
Tasked with running the precast plant batching system. This includes receiving concrete batching material deliveries, performing inspections and basic maintenance on batching equipment, cleaning the equipment and batching concrete mixes as needed.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Tasked with running the crane during various stages of production, storage and shipping precast products as well as maintaining the crane system and associated equipment.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
In charge of general maintenance and repair of all precast concrete production and/or handling/delivering equipment.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus experience
Responsible for managing and leading financial initiative of the company.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, oversee recruitment, training and development programs. May assist in writing and administering corporate polices related to compensation, benefits, health and safety programs and more.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Performs various inspections, raw material, fresh and hardened concrete tests and investigations to maintain and continuously improve the precast product quality.
