Operate a precast concrete delivery truck. Responsible for the supervision of the loading of the truck and ensuring the proper and safe placement of precast product.
Required Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency with BIM and CAD.
Create detailed structural models and shop drawings from construction documents, including reinforcement and erection drawings. Revise drawings per markups, coordinate with customers, designers, engineering and production teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus experience.
Develops and implements communication strategies to promote a brand, product or service, both internally and externally.
Required Education/Training: Might require forklift or heavy machinery operator certification. Some employers may require a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excavate, assemble and install precast concrete structures per project specs. Prepare sites, place products and materials accurately, follow safety standards, report equipment issues, and communicate with site personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus experience.
Oversees and directs the company’s marketing efforts, developing and implementing strategies to promote products or services and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities include reading production drawings, preparing forms, assembling reinforcements, installing blockouts and lifting hardware, placing and finishing concrete, and yard work. Operate tools safely, maintain a clean work area, and assist with tasks to meet production goals.
Required Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED. Proficient in MS Office or other applicable software. Higher-end positions may require operations management or industrial engineering degrees.
Coordinate resources and workflows to meet precast production and delivery schedules. Use planning software, collaborate across teams and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and support plant performance.
Required Education/Training: If welding is part of duties, AWS (or equal) certification. Otherwise, no requirement. Some employers may require a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsible for reading product shop drawings and then gathering, measuring, cutting and bending specified reinforcing to accurate dimensions. Duties also include accurately assembling precast concrete reinforcing on or in the formwork while maintaining all specified clearances. This position may involve welding steel reinforcing.

Required Education/Training: Typically just lots of experience. Some may require a GED or degree.

Required Education/Training: Associate's degree or technical certificate in CADD, with a bachelor's degree often preferred for career advancement.
